about Event Photography
What types of events is your event photography suitable for?
I photograph business and corporate events such as conferences, workshops, networking events, company parties, customer and partner events, or conventions.
The key is whether you want professional images of the event that document the atmosphere, the people, attendees, speakers, and important program points (for your website, social media, or advertising).
What is coordinated before the event?
Before the event, we clarify what is important to you, which program points should be captured, and what the schedule looks like.
Depending on the event, this includes a shot list, alignment on key moments, coordination with your agenda, and a prior walkthrough of the venue.
What kind of shots are taken during an event reportage?
That depends on your event.
Typical shots include presentations, panels, workshops, networking situations, guests, atmosphere, details, branding, location, and, upon request, VIP or speaker portraits.
This results in a selection of images that not only documents the event but is also ready for communication and marketing purposes.
When will we receive the images after the event?
You will receive the edited images within 48 hours.
If you need material particularly quickly for social media, PR, or internal communication, delivery the next morning or even during the event is possible for an additional fee.
How are the images delivered and how can we use them?
You will receive the final image files as a download via a secure online gallery.
The files are organized and can be used as needed for your website, social media, blog, post-event reporting, or promoting future events.
The quote includes unrestricted usage rights for your own self-promotion.
Is a half-day enough or should we book full-day coverage?
This depends on the schedule of your event.
A half-day can work well if your event only lasts half a day or if only a clearly defined part needs to be documented.
Full-day coverage is recommended if multiple program points, different moods, or a longer event progression need to be captured.
For multi-day formats like conferences, a customized solution is the best approach.
Is multi-day event coverage also possible?
Yes. Multi-day conferences and similar formats can be covered with a custom solution.
This includes planning, photographic coverage over several days, daily delivery of images, and additional social media support if desired.
Are there additional options if we have special requirements?
Yes.
Depending on the event, additional services are possible, such as social media edits in appropriate formats, express delivery, or a second photographer.
This allows the photographic coverage to be adapted to the schedule and communication needs of your event.
