What does a typical business shoot with you look like?
After coordinating with you, I develop an individual schedule with a clear shot list. On the day of the shoot, we work efficiently and in a structured way according to the agreed briefing – with clear guidance for everyone involved and for the people being photographed.
The goal: clear and high-quality images that fit your company’s visual identity.
How can we best prepare as a company for the photo shoot?
Beforehand, I provide you with a compact checklist tailored to your project, along with tips for internal communication. And I support you in planning your outfits, the location, and the schedule – for a smooth and pleasant photo shoot.
Can you support us in developing a visual concept?
Yes, that is a core part of the work. Together with you, we develop a visual concept that strengthens your brand and fits harmoniously into your communication channels.
Do you also offer consistent portraits for large teams?
Yes, if desired.
Recognizability and consistency in employee portraits are particularly important in corporate photography. That’s why I pay special attention to ensuring that the desired visual look remains reproducible.
Will we receive the photos in web and print resolution?
Yes. You receive all final edited images both in optimized web resolution (WebP) and in a high-resolution version (JPG) for print and PR.
What usage rights are included in your offer?
My offers usually include unrestricted use of the images for internal and external corporate communication – e.g., on the website, social media, PR, in print products (e.g., flyers, posters, annual reports), and presentations.
I am happy to advise you individually on special uses.
How does image selection and editing work?
You receive access to a password-protected online gallery where you can mark your favorites. Here you can also note any special requests and comments for the editing process.
I then process these images professionally – naturally, in line with the brand, and with an eye for detail.
Afterward, you will receive the images as a digital download.
Both galleries – selection and download – will be available to you for one year.
Can we commission additional photos or retouching later on as well?
Yes. I archive the image files for at least three years. Additional retouching, alternative crops, or later extensions are possible at any time.
