Tips for optimal preparation
I will put together information for you regarding preparation, clothing, and/or makeup. You will receive these tips shortly after our appointment is scheduled.

Before we "shoot"
Before we “shoot”: We talk to each other. I listen and gain a better understanding of you, your wishes, and your industry. This helps me develop precise and authentic photos for you.
Together, we clarify your style and your requirements for the portraits.
We decide which outfit to start with and then transition into a relaxed photo session.
The Photo Shoot
I guide you through the entire shoot, giving clear instructions and subtly directing you into a flattering posture.
In doing so, I make sure that you feel comfortable in front of the camera, loosen up, and gain confidence.
Sometimes this works best with music. Feel free to bring your favorite playlist.
Online Gallery for Image Selection
After the photo shoot, I will provide you with a picdrop online gallery containing a pre-selection of approx. 80–120 images. Now you can take your time to choose your favorites.
I am happy to assist you with the selection upon request.
I use the gallery system picdrop (a former startup from Berlin). It allows for a fast, step-by-step, and convenient selection of the best images. You can also leave comments on individual shots. If you have special editing requests, you can leave them here.
Professional Image Editing
I professionally edit the images you have selected, paying attention to natural colors and skin tones, performing subtle retouching, ensuring clear contrasts, and choosing a precise crop.
Upon request, I can also create an elegant black-and-white edit.
Do you need your images in specific formats (jpg, webp, png), resolutions (e.g., 1080px x 1920px), or aspect ratios (e.g., 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)?
I am happy to support you with this and can prepare it for you.
Digital Download of Image Files
The finished business portraits will be provided to you as high-resolution image files for download via picdrop.
Additionally, I create a compressed version for quick uploading to the web, LinkedIn, or other portals.
